Dr Mithila Achintha is currently a University Lecturer in Structural Engineering at the University of Southampton. His research focuses on computational, theoretical and experimental investigations on designing sustainable structures through innovative and efficient use of construction materials: concrete, Fibre Reinforced Polymer (FRP), and glass.
