Accommodation at ACIC 2009

We have 2 options of allotted accommodation at the University of Edinburgh for delegates wishing to stay on-site. These options are:

Chancellor's Court 3* (Approx £69 per night)
Holland House 2* (Approx £46 per night)

All rooms are en-suite singles, price includes breakfast. These rooms are offered on a first come first served basis therefore booking early is imperative.

N.B. Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.

 
 
  
 
Booking Your Accommodation

Delegates must book accommodation directly with the university.

This can be done by email at bed.breakfast@ed.ac.uk or by telephone on +44 (0)131 651 2007 quoting "ACIC Allocation". Full payment is taken at the time of booking and any booking cancelled within 3 weeks of arrival date. Any cancellations prior to 3 weeks before the arrival date are refunded minus a £10 admin fee.

 
  
Salisbury Green Hotel
 

Also on campus is the Salisbury Green Hotel which has 36 bedrooms with en-suite
bathrooms. The best option for delegates bringing partners and/or children to
Edinburgh for the conference.

Prices start from around £79.00 per night for single occupancy.

ACIC'09 does not have any allocated rooms at this hotel therefore cannot guarentee a room.

Other Accommodation
 

Edinburgh is an extremely popular tourist city especially around August and the
beginning of September do to the Edinburgh Festival. Whilst this means delegates
have a lot to see and do during their visit, it also means that accommodation can be limited.
