Delegates are responsible for booking their own accommodation. We have 70 reserved rooms, 35 in each of the two types of available accommodation.

Type one: Student Study Bedrooms (ensuite) £55 per night
Type two: Radcliffe Training and Conference Centre Bedrooms (ensuite) £88 per night (example room to the right)

Breakfast is included in both of these options.

To book please contact Karly Thomson, Event Manager on Karly.Thomson@warwick.ac.uk with the following details:

Name of Guest(s) – please provide the names of all guests in each room including partners.
Check in date
Check out date
Choice of Single Study or Radcliffe Bedroom
Any Dietary Requirements
Any Mobility Problems

She will then confirm the booking via email along with a campus map, information sheets for the accommodation and payment details.

Please note that these rooms are only reserved for use with our conference until 26th July 2011 after this they will be released for general sale. You still may be able to book accommodation with Karly after this date however we cannot guarantee the prices stated above.
